Just a reminder for all players trying out for different Junior teams (including the Kitchener Dutchmen) you must complete a ‘Permission to Skate’ form for each center you are trying out for.

The Kitchener Minor Hockey Association must sign off on each PTS form.  There is no charge for this form.
